Lauki Besan Sabzi

Ingredients: Grated lauki, besan (2 tbsp), jeera, haldi, salt, green chili, coriander

Method: Sauté jeera & chili, add lauki and cook till soft. Sprinkle besan, mix well, cook for 5 mins. Garnish.
